I find that using the warlord perk is good because you get XP from completing 2 attachment challenges at once I use red dot and extended mags its kinda like double XP and also makes the weapon better

Also I play Dom or HQ's a lot because they are really good game modes for getting a good amount of kills.

Killstreaks if you think your good enough go for the choppers and dogs but if not use spy plane and counter spy plane as you get them easy so good xp faster from completing the challenges

Perk 1 - Scavenger Pro.
Perk 2 - Warlord Pro.
Perk 3 - Marathon Pro.

Stick with Domination/Demolition for kills, don't camp, & always be ready to pull out the side-arm of your choice. I'd prefer pretty much any pistol with Duel Weapon. Also use a Semtex as those come in handy, while playing Domination/Demolition I could sometimes rack up a triple kill every few games.

2.) I don't play Black Ops anymore, but when I did, this is what I used.
