i was messing around with ppatches last night and i dont know if it would work but if you had the patch files b4 on your computer make the game folder in dev_hdd0/game/<GAME TITLE> e.g BLES00683
then copy over "PARAM.SFO" from the orignal patch
then it might think that you have the latest version


or


update the game and delete everthing in the patch except "PARAM.SFO"
