This server is not available at this time try again later or visit blablabla.

Ive used the prestige hack so this is my ban but is this forever?
And is there anyway to unban it ? pls help !!

It is not a ban of any sorts what you need to do is replaced your eboot or delete your black ops game data and reinstall it. This is caused because the eboot tells it what server to connect to.
