get into a game of nuketown vs a party with a brain and theres gonna be someone spraying an m60 down the B flag line all round.
Well the lobbies I'm in out of 9 people, 3 are using the 74u, 2 or 3 using the FAMAS, and the rest can be anything. M60 is an LMG, LMG's have lots of ammo. And like I said saying anybody can do it is false. You still have to pinpoint targets in order to shoot them. I'm not saying the M60 isn't a great gun because it is. All I'm saying is it's not overpowered, nor is it overused. Nuketown usually features submachine guns more because of how small the map is. And the way the spawns change, spraying down an alleyway wouldn't last long. Besides the fact LMGs can't have Suppressors. Out of 20 Combat Records I'll doubt you'll see the M60 in someone's top 2 most favorite guns.

Did anyone realize that the MP40 and the M60 do the same damage?
The MP40 being from WaW, and the M60 from CoD4.
But you can't run and gun with the M60 so its' a moot point. The FN Fal probably has the same damage. Damage doesn't mean everything. The Famas' damage isn't that high but the fire rate and accuracy makes up for that.

All of your posts I read, I agree with so much. You should teach a Black Ops class. How to deal with Black Ops Academy or something along those lines.
Naw I just know people will do anything to win in online gaming, so I expect the worst. Online gaming isn't for everyone. People want others to play the way they want. People complained about MW2 weapons being overpowered yet they named at least 8 overpowered weapons. My thing is, if 8 weapons are "overpowered" then doesn't that mean the weapons are balanced if you have 8 different "overpowered" weapons to choose from?
Besides I watch people like Hutch, Chris Smoove, Muzzafuzza and Sandy Ravage and they play the game relaxed. They voice their opinions but every death they aren't making some excuse like, "Oh he had the overpowered 74u or Famas". Or "he panicked knifed me" or "he was camping"...
And dont' get me started on the people who act like all Ghost Users are campers. Ghost is a needed in this game. I run Hardline mostly, but there are games where you literally hear "Enemy Spy Plane above" THE ENTIRE GAME. You can get a Spy Plane with 2 ****ing kills. You know how easy 2 kills is? So the minute I see I am playing against a team with Spy Plane all game, I know to switch to Ghost so that way I can go in their spawn and kill their red dot chasing asses.
MW2 didn't have nearly the amount of UAV users, so that in particular is one reason Cold Blooded wasn't needed, not just because of Stopping Power or Danger Close.
Long as a guy isn't nootubing or boosting I don't care what gun they use. I want them to have the weapon they think gives them the best chance. I have classes with MPL, G11, Mac11, M16, Commando, Stoner but that doesn't mean I'm going to knock some unoriginal noob that uses 74u. It's my job to kill him regardless.
Online gaming is full of people who will use any cheap tactic to win. And full of people who cry about everything that kills them or beats them. Online gaming is not for everyone...
P.S. people will use the word "camper" to make their arguments seem stronger.
Ex:, "I hate campers", "I only use the 74u to stop campers", "LMG are for campers", "He only got Attack Dogs because he was camping", "I camp to stop camping, etc", "Famas is a gun for campers"
