You must be a lvl 1 of any prestige with 0 xp earned on that prestige.. and to get it to stick you must leave your blackops on a few hours for your contracts to stick (or your lvl)

this glitch is all speculation and a bunch of he said she said. I suggest waiting for a new glitch/hack to come out seeing as the land glitch can be a total waste of time.

I, agree with that. And 9 times on 10 you get kicked out at 6 seconds /facepalm
