INSTRUCTIONS:
Go To Lan Party
Click create a match
Click triangle to load up friends
Look for a person that is in a game
Click square to join the persons session
As soon as you join the session, you want to click circle rapidly until you get a black screen
You should be redirected to the lan party
Click Create a class 1, buy the perk, and toggle the pro perk on until you see buy and equip
Hover over buy and equip
Load up your friends list by pushing the playstation button
Look for an old invite that is online buy pushing triangle, message list, and look for a game invite.
Open the invite and click join
As soon as you accept the invite, click x rapidly
Repeat this 2 more times for your other perks.
Then copy them to your other classes if you want to have the same perks for all classes

It only sticks to one class, so just copy the class to another slot if you want to keep the perk as pro on multiple classes. I did it for ten classes like that, worked like a charm.
