Its lag because that happened to me to and i couldn't kill anyone because it wouldn't let me lol.

wow lol i've never seen this happened in black ops for me yet >.< and i play search and destory everyday , it never happened cuz i be raypin everybody up in here !

It is not lagg, he is clearly playing perfectly fine... Just look at him and for how long that is it would of disconnected him already.

The second video is from his perpective.

This wasn't combat training, it was an online ps3 match.
Due to my video making being a bit off and low quality, if anyone would like to view for themselves msg me with your psn id and i'll add you. as i still have the original match saved on fileshare.
