One problem. I don't have a JTAGGED XBOX.

1. Is it possible to hack Black Ops withouth a JTAGGED Xbox?
2. If so, What do I need to learn to do so?
3. What tools, programs do I need?

Now, I'm not the dumbest person in the world, but not the smartest either, but I can catch on pretty quickly. I hope you guys take my questions seriously.

No it's not possible and here's why.
a jtag runs unsigned execution code, while a retail won't. If you only want a jtag to host lobbies and stuff I would say it's not worth it.
Also as. Far as I'm concerned there is no way to mod black ops patches.

yep as stated above you have to have a jtag in order to hack black ops and honestly hosting lobbies at this stage for any game isn't even worth it.
