There is no mention of Flak Jacket either. Apparently people on the Official CoD forums think that Ghost and Flak Jacket are nooby.

So what 1st Perk do you use?
I personally use all of them, except Hardline.

Lightweight & Ghost

I hate ghost, especially when an enemy is camping in a corner trying to get a 3 kill streak for his clown car and buzz kills me one off of a high ks!

I use Ghost. Idgaf if people call me noobish. Its not possible to play against good teams in any game type without ghost. I dont camp either, i run around with it so its really not a big advantage to me. and i never use rc-xd.

I mainly use Lightweight, because i like to run n gun, but i also like the fact that if it is pro, there is no fall damage.
Sometimes i roll with the Flak Jacket, usually in game modes like SD or TDM, there is just so much claymores and stuff.
