(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I'm getting a new PS3 soon. I am console banned on my old PS3 and I would like to know, if I signed in to my legit account and play Black Ops, would my new PS3 get console banned too.

You can sign in with your legit account, you will not get banned as long as its not hacked account. good luck

Just don't do anything to get your account Banned, like what you did for the account you got banned.
