this is Optic Predators first sniper montage in black ops. It was made before the sniper patch. Notice a few things.

Scope goes to direct center of crosshairs (normal QS)
you started out with 10 bullets in the magazine on the L96 A1 (extended mags) but had 30 more bullets.
This is a more balanced sniper rifle.

Notice he has sometimes where he has been shot at, yet he can get the kill. This is not the case with snipers in this game. You have to be playing against some really bad people to get the kill after they have already shot you if you have a sniper out.

Wow, you right, after seing this video, i really think they made quick scoping worst. But the only way to really know is to ask Predator himself, because he got skills so it's better to ask his opinion.

Very annoying. Almost controller breaking annoying. Haha.

I would still probably be playing Black Ops everyday if the sniping was actually like this.

There's no longer much of a point in using snipers, especially for quick scoping.... even if you do well you'd do better with an AK74u or some other over powered gun...

Black ops is a lot of fun but they kinda killed sniping.

since mw2 came out ... every1 cares about qs .... its a cheap way of getting kills .

A Sniper has high power + its 1 shot kill ... so if you quick scope some1 ... you get the kill before he can even damage you .

If you want to 360 no scope ... what ever . simple . go back to mw2 ..

I get one shot, if i miss I die. How is this cheap when you can sit their in a corner and spray with the ak74u.

they killed sniping, i'm from the other side of the fence too, i hated QS in mw2, not because i couldn't do it, infact i was pretty good at it, admittedly not as good as some, but i seen it as cheap, but there was loadsa shit in mw2 that was cheap.

but in BO they fk'd up. they should unpatch the sway, because the lag gimps the sniping already enough.

my worst experience has to be in snd when i hit 2guys camping in a window a total of 4 times out of a 5 clip mag, two on each in the freakin head, thats all i could see was heads, one headshot hitmarker is enough never mind 4 on the fkn trott

How is it cheap? You're basically running with a gun that if you miss 1 shot, you die. I've gotten pissed off more times QSing in MW2 than with any other gun. And if it's so cheap, why doesn't every player use it in GB matches? Finally, I have alot of QSers as friends, and their KDRs' are barely above 1. I have reg gun friends who never QS and their KDRs' are 2+.

And BO sniping is terrible. My crosshairs are on them and I'm holding my breath and my shot still misses...

i think its good that people cant quick scope because it would ruin the game.
