right when the docter round pops up you teleport while hes chasing you

he should take your gun while teleporting(you might need a revive for teleporting at the same time) once he has your gun he will be stuck in the teleporter

wich means he will be teleporting to different places 1 by one until he is dead

another way that i do is get on top of one of the barriers and if hes going after you he will just chill in the teleporter for your teammates to kill him
