Well if you PaP them you can shoot people and revive them instantly which is nice, especially if you can't reach them because you're doing a glitch or something. If you have the ballistic knife and you buy a sickle or bowie they are actually pretty strong and still 1-2 hit knife up until round 20 something...

I just try my luck again when I get a ballistic knife. Though, I don't get them that often.
