If you were on ps3 all you would have to do is bypass a patch and it would reset you but because your on xbox, I think you're out of luck. Unless your xbox is jailbroken then you could use a hack I saw in the exploits section that resets your stats.

Or just start seeing strategies, tactics, analize maps, play relaxed and when YOU ARE WILLING TO DO IT and not just to play something. That will increase your stats in no time. At least you really suck, but I see you've gone through the previous CODs so...you should do well once that "shitty luck" is over.
