all of you guys have BAD BAD memories. when the xbox map packs came out for MW2, ONLY XBOX HAD DBL XP AND WHEN MAP PACKS CAME OUT FOR PS3 ONLY PS3 HAD DBL XP.
Since all consoles had dbl xp when xbox maps came out it is highly doubtful that they will do it again, especially since it is so easy to level up in black ops. I wouldn't put it past treyarch to give dbl xp again but it seems more likely they wont.
Also don't forget that MW2 did dbl xp for most holidays and still did it even after BO came out. They know how easy it is to lvl up so they would want to keep the dbl xp to a minimum because if a very high number of people reach prestige 15 then a lot of them would stop playing the game months before the next cod comes out.
