Anyways, its easy to do.
1. Go to local and click splitscreen.
2. Change the map and gametype to whatever. Highlight Start match after.
3. Go back to the menu where it says 'Splitscreen' and 'Lan'
4. Highlight splitscreen and click triangle.
5. Join an open party or possibly an open pre-game lobby.
6. While it is joining tap 'X'
7. It should join and you can do whatever but you don't get xp. Find a way to make it so you do and you're a legend.
Some notes: I only tried this with one controller. To use it with two i would just assume you would tap x wth both controller 1 and controller 2.
If you edit the TDM settings, you can make it so you play against bots. Use this to your advantage.
You can alwas try using lan, even though I only attempted splitscreen.

I suppose like most other glitches, the game loading screen should say the map but not the game type. I tried it while my friend was in a full game, the game almost started but then said "lobby full" but it DID say the game type when loading so idk.
I will keep testing methods 'cos they are all very similar, past and present.
