Please people look at this thread and help I'm really curious I've been searching this and I haven't seen answers anywhere.

If you want to know, YES xBox users have been unbanned the 1st of February. But, remember that xBox users are paying to play online. So, xBox users said it was absoloutly scandalous to permanently ban players that are paying to play, and they are right.
They unbanned because of three things : First, the players were sending e-mails and calling a lot, and saying that was a swindle. This is not good for Treyarch.
Also, lots of players wanted to sell their xBox, and buy a PS3 ! And this is not good for Microsoft, who wanted Treyarch to unban.
Last thing : Treyarch unbaned to sell the map packs. They were right, lots of banned players bought the map pack. Because they're on xBox, and they are happy the map pack comes out before PS3.
So, I thing Treyarch will probably unban PS3 users for the same reasons.
