You don't even know your time zone? You are on GMT, so have a look at the thread and you will see that according to it the First Strike map pack should have been released over an hour ago.

i live in germany but i have the uk black ops because the germany black ops sucks

Ok the time zone has nothing to do with the game you are playing, it's to do with the PSN account you are playing on, yeah i think this thread was a bit off, unless the maps are available from the PS Store from the XMB and just not available from the Store on Black Ops.
