12 AM You mean. Is 12 Am EST BUT PST Is 9 pm So where 3arc is time is 9 pm. When on EST Is 3 am then it will be 12 am so Maps should be live between 3 am and 5 am EST

Different time zone. Right now where 3arc is is 9 pm. When on EST Time is 3 am it will be Midnight in california ( Where 3arc is ) So Maps should be Live between 3 am and 5 am
