Post: Ascension Strategy [Round 30+ 2-3 people.]

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); This is a very simply strategy I got round 30 with on my first try at it

The idea is to do all the usual stuff up to about round 15, then start running laps counter clockwise around the MPL room. Yep.

So

Round 1-4

For round 1 to 4 you want to get as much points as possible (Don't be a thief though!)

Let the zombies in to maximise chances of power ups for the first few rounds.

Round 1: 6 bullets into the lower legs then a knife
Round 2: 2 bullets into the belly then two knives
Round 3: 4 bullets to upper chest then two or three knives
Round 4: Full clip into chest then as many knives as it takes to kill the zombies.

By this point, you and your team should have about 3500-5000 points each.

Move onto the next section, the power.

Round 5-8; Power

My set upright now:
MPL, M1911 :P

Open your way up to the power via the MPL room (buy an MPL while you're at it) and switch on the power.

In total your trip to the power room and Mystery Box will cost you 3250 points. The person with the least points should get the first door as it's the cheapest being 750. The other two up the stairs are 1250.

Everyone try once to get a wonder weapon. Raygun is the best for me, but it's probably ThunderGun for you

Happy days if you do get a wonder weapon, it's cool if you don't. You've got an MPL still and about 1500 points so you've only got a thousand or so points to get Juggernog. Camp at the upper levels with your teammates (right by the Stakeout, looking down the stairs until you can get Juggernog.

Round 9-15. PhD Flopper

My set up right now:
MPL, Commando
Gersche Devices
Juggernog

For round 9 to 15, you're going to camp by the Lunar Lander right which is beside PhD Flopper. Don't bother getting PhD Flopper, it's not that great and doesn't help this strategy.

These rounds are really just preparation for the later rounds. Hoard as many points as possible and defend Juggernog from the monkeys. (A raygun makes the monkeys REALLY easy)

At round 15 or so make a few crawlers and open the Pack a Punch area by using all the Lunar Landers to get back to the spawn area.

Try the box a few more times and make sure you get a ThunderGun or Raygun if you haven't already. If you have one just ignore this step

Round 15-???

MPL (do not upgrade your MPL ever, it's the MP40 of Ascension)
Raygun
Gersche Devices
Juggernog

This is where your surprisingly strong MPL comes in. Run to the spawn area then into the MPL room.
Run counter-clockwise around this room until you have a big crowd chasing you. Spray all your MPL into those zombitches, don't even bother to aim.

When you run out of ammo just hold square while running against the wall where the MPL is.
Continue this until you're bored. I got bored at round 30 and just stopped running.

What makes this room more effective than say.. The PaP lap strategy or the PhD Flopper lap strategy is the abundance of ammo and how point efficient it is.
For every MPL clip you spray into the zombies, you get about 300 points. The MPL holds about 6 clips so for every ammo purchase, you make about 1300 point profit. This eventually adds up to a LOT of points. Got me 1300th on scoreboard for points
This can be repeated for as long as you see fit. Your friends could die and you'd easily continue on the round.

The rounds also feel pretty quick for me when using this strategy so yeah

Q: Can multiple people do this one strategy?
A: Only if you plan on getting gang raped by zombies.

Q: What'll my friends do during this?
A: Up to them. They can run laps in different areas, glitch or get downed and watch you. Idc

Q: I'm bored, is there any instant round glitch?
A: Nope.avi

Q: How far can I go with this?
A: As far as your willpower allows.

Nope, I spent about half an hour writing it out. Aced told me it didn't show up though so he posted it without the [multipage] so I could edit it in quick
