There is the " What's New" updated option with the map pack in it go to that there will be a video. You can watch it or skip it, if you skip or watch press circle and it will say proceed to store or exit. Go to the store then buy it or don't if you don't.

Sorry I don't know how I got it to work because after the complete the buy I got the pan error but was still able to download weird right.
