ES35's PS3 ToolKit TuT for decrypts of EBOOT.BIN:
1. Open ES35's tool
2.Make sure to be in crypting tab
3. Under crypting there should be called Decrypting
4. You have 2 Options Decrypt a PKG or BIN\SELF Decrypter
5. Select one 4 BIN an then open up the bin
6.Then hit decrypt
7. Now EBOOT.BIN is decrypted to go get it then go to where the toolkits folder is an the Eboot.bin should be in there somewhere.




IDA Advanced V5.1+ WinCE 5.1:
1. Just download and run setup
2. There is no key required
3.Now use this to edit your EBOOT.BIN for BO modding an other shit have fun

Isn't IDA a lot more in depth than HxD and it can be used to decrypt PPC file which are used in the PS3 (i think, don't hold me to that)

Like I said, it analyzes data... You cannot edit in IDA since it analyzes data. You use HxD to edit the dvars etc.

1st of all you need loaders
2nd you need plugins so this is fake n gay
