If you're from US , then search for a one it's really easy to find.

Tutorial:

* Install the Map packs

* Connect your PS3 to your Laptop using FTP

Now all you need is that someone upload his act.dat file , after this you have to copy it to /dev_hdd0/home/content code/exdata/


BOOM! Load Blackops and the map packs will be activated and they will work. This is 100% true information, I've tested it on another game. I banned from BO that's why I can't post proof for Blackops or buy the map packs and upload the act.dat file.

Does having someones act.dat affect them in any way whatsoever? As in fills up gamesharing slots, etc?

If not, I could possibly get a friends.

Nope, It just has all the content you downloaded saved on there in a text form but its encrypted so we cant edit it. Correct me if I'm wrong
