Text Tut :
1. Have a crawler (recommended) and PHD Flopper
2. Get on the lander and inch back as far as you can go so you can buy it
3. Buy the lander and as you are pressing X, walk backwards really quick
4. Get back on the lander like i do in the video then crouch.
5. Wait til the lander goes over the building and drop down

First of all for those of you who say this doesn't work just keep trying.Also for those of you who judge others about wether to trust them or not due to a number got issues.
A number like -150 doesn't mean anything!It's just there for show basically.You can get - rep for trying to help etc because some users are...yea...
Keep trying this glitch out!This is one of the glitches that once you do it right once you're a pro at it.Good luck and don't listen to those that say this doesn't work.They can say that onCe the next update is released etc.
