if you didn't used any glitches/hacks or anything it's OK. using any illegal acc will ban your PS3 again.

Yes you can use it as long as you didn't do 15th prestige hack. you will not get banned.

Adding to this question, since it's kinda similar to the topic. Say i did the 15th prestige accout hack, but not the EBOOT hack, but the prestige glitch back in patch 1.02. Will i get banned again if i log on that account ?
