Have you got another account?
If so log in to that account, delete the patch and re-install when launching the game.
Once done just log in to your normal account and it should work.

Happened to me and thats what I did.
I don't know if there's another way , but I tried deleting the patch on my main account and reinstalling it but it still wouldn't work,so that's why I did it in my other account.

Delete patch and try to redownload. Check if your disc is broken. Rebackup your game. IDK...

thanks for the info i'll try that now hopefully it will work. but still would like to know WHY this is happening. bad patch? cuz im banned? i mean they can keep mu off their lousy servers but i paid for the game and have every right to play offline. i just dont see any other explaination for it except they got me back for modding. but thanks again for the help.

yea i have 2 discs neither will work. deleted patch 3 times and redownloaded clean one. also no hardware issue cuz every other game works fine, issue is only with BO and only since i updated to 3.56 and BO 1.07. doesnt make sense to me whatsoever.!!!!!
