Probably just some bug, its only titles though, so it shouldn't be to much of a nuisence.

yes its soppose to happen... on certain bans they reset certain things like for exzample
boosting - rank reset
so depending on what you got banned on yes it was suppose to happen

Yes your ban was from having a bad emblem and all of that just dont do it again or you wont be able to use any emblems or titles again.
