1) Move your XBL profile on to your USB stick (Make sure the newest title update is downloaded on to that profile) Xbox dashboard>system settings>Memory>HDD>Gamer Profiles>Your profile>Move>USB storage 1

2) Plug USB into computer. Open modio >Expore Drive>Open Device. You will then see your profile click on it. Downloads>Call of duty Black Ops>Installers>tu_00003_00000000

3) Extract the TU file to your desktop, close explore my drive in modio, go back to modio main screen.

4) Drag and drop the TU file into modio. A screen will pop up. File Content>you will then see all the FF's and XeXp's>Right Click>Extract All>Folder of your choice.

5) Close modio, open the folder you extracted the files to and tada, you have officially extracted the files from the Title Update you may now proceed and put them on your JTAG so it is running the TU5.
