So basically if I leave it unattended for 1 day will the zombies and monkeys kill them selves? As they did on five? But will the MONKEYS that destroy perks die them selves like the zombies do?

If a crawler dies, a new zombies respawns, so no, they wont die.

There was 1 perfectly normal zombie left, he was trying to break out of a window, but i kept repairing it, because I was going to have dinner so i taped my [] button to keep repairing it..
