1. Go to the PhD Flopper Perk (with power on, obviously) and call the lander.

2. When its ready pay to use it, but dont get on.

3. When the barriers start going up run on to it, you should be on the edge of it.

4. When you can jump of and land on the side rail where you can buy grenades from.

5. You should be on the roof, and you can now move around the tops with god mode, kind of.

Sorry about no video but when the guy was doing I didnt have chance to record it.
