Post: Can't Party it UP!

Ive had this prob for a very long time. i seem to not be able to party it up with my friend. like i can party with other ppl even if they inv me or i inv them.
My friend tho cannot accept my inv or i cant accept his. ive tried joining his game or party and he has as well. same thing. we both live in the same area " 209 " and our Black ops preferences are the same.
we have reset our connections and still no fix.
any help with that or is it that black ops is just EffD up in the what what but?

Nat types both of you
Also what your router doing blocking ports i guess
Sooo that why
COD i don't know how it works but i think hosts the party by the user not a server.
Port forward or DMZ

Yo thanx i thought it waz something about my nat type. So i checked. Mines on type 2, but his is on type 3. I herd 3 is not good & type 2 is recomended for gaming. So we tried changing his nat type. The porting thing i couldnt work with. I treid doing some things to the porting but didnt work. So i enabled the DMZ and got his to type 2. Thanx for your help. Gave me some help in fixing my prob.
O & My friend is my cuz. Thats why i was able to do things for him. Well, tell him wat to do over the fone.
