1st: You MUST add EVERYONE in the clan. This rule is implemented to keep the clan members from not being friends. Deleting someone in the clan without my consent is prohibited as it will slow the process of party interactions. Muting another player is okay but please tell me why you did it. I will keep the peace if necessary.

2nd: There is Shit Talking.

So I give you credit for any KDR/WLR... I've seen some damn good players start with a horrid KDR.

I wouldn't have make it a requirement to have everyone on each others list unless you don't ever plan on having a clan of any decent size.

My clan wouldn't fit if I tried to have everyone friend me. We generally have a few that are "hubs" that are on quite a bit, and then have them bring in those on that list.
