Lol he probably got owned by some kid and wants to get payback, its impossible to reset someone's stats, and you can report him all you want, but treyarch wont bother to look at it unless his stats are outrageous.

Even if you think it would be "funny" t reset someone's stats, it is pretty hard unless you have proof of them cheating, or boosting. The report button is pretty useless in my opinion because it doesn't do anything half the time. IF you thought this was a funny prank, that's cruel.

Pretty sure treyarch doesnt screen the people that are being reported, they don't have the time.
