When i run the progam it keep says [dns]listening On ect ect
And i cant connect to psn when i try: Dns Error 80710102

try restarting your computer and then running ipconfig in command to make sure the ip youre using is correct, if your computer doesnt have a static ip then it will keep changing so you need to watch out for that too

my pc's ip is alwais the same and when I put it on the ps3 it gives me the dsn error

then there is something in your computer that is blocking the connection because the playstation is getting an ip and then the computer is blocking it from getting to the internet, so check your firewall and make sure it isnt blocked

I get this error too! but just when f@ck3arc is closed so i remeber to open it and login agin...

1- F@ck3arc is blocked from your pc.
Solution
1- Disable firewall and antivirus
2- If you have another pc use it.

2- DNS on your PS3 is wrong
1- Set by YOURSELF the ip on internet connection setting on your pc
2- Make sure you are using the IP of your LAN/Wi Fi not ip of others connection
