If both of you bypassed with no problem and can't connect after then it has to do with your Internet connections in general, just try restarting the ps3 and if the problem keeps happening then just get a friend who isn't banned or doing the bypass to invite you to thier lobby, that way both of you can join and can play online on the regular server

u cant join people they have to invite u to there party then u can play with ur friends
