wow have a misleading title dont we and the reason hunter doesnt release this is because every one would leach and be like give me one but this way everyone doesnt host and it doesnt get patched

First off, hunter never released it, but someone figured it out.

He did that on the 1.02 patch by editing the debug t5mp_ps3f.self, but since the 1.02 server has been shut down there is no way to get XP lobbies online anymore.
