[move]Round 60 on Der Riese Woohoo! ^^ Yay[/move]
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Today I was playing multiplayer and all of the sudden I got kicked out of the game. I tried connecting back to multiplayer and it didn't work and I got an error saying that the servers are not available, then the same thing happened when I tried to connect to zombies. I boosted before, but I already got banned so I learned from my mistakes and never boosted again, and I was thinking of reasons why treyarch would ban me because I didn't do anything, but now I'm thinking it must be because of the lunar lander glitch because I already got banned and reset so my black ops account is fresh and clean and they can't possibly ban me twice for the same thing.... I did leave the lunar lander glitch on over night, but then again the servers might actually be down, but I asked everybody and they're playing and it's fine.... If the servers are down for you to please post....

KILLERS DON'T DIE SO EASY
Just the thought of being banned for glitching irritates me.

THEY made a mistake and we took advantage of it, it's not like we've hacked/modded something that was made perfectly in the first place.

Happened to me before... There was someone in the glitch and the game kicked everyone and no one could connect again. Try resetting signout whatever if it still won't connect give it an hour. Don't think your banned.

Treyarch reserves the right to ban you for whatever they want, any reason, and they're not under any binding contract to have to state to you why they've done so. It's their game, you're playing on their Terms of Service, and part of the terms is that they reserve the right to remove you from the game if they so please.

There has to be a valid reason. Game was manily advertised on the multiplayer aspect. Lucky I just copied BO to my HD as I rented it for only 3 days Smile

They are not required to give you a reason if they decide to remove you from the game. This is essentially true for most games in which the company reserves that right. Many do provide a reason because it's good etiquette, but they're probably not required to do so.

Yeah, bad rep though doing that. + Then its a full refund on the game as not advertised as sold.

Only the people that willingly do things that are not in the spirit of the game, or well enough know that it would probably get them banned are the ones that even complain if they get banned. The bad rep is insignificant. If you engage in activities that aren't in the spirit of how the game is supposed to be played, don't be surprised if your ability to play is revoked.

And the game is sold as is advertised. Go read the Terms of Service and EULA. Figure out what you're agreeing to when you decide to play games.
