(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i have downloaded kingofuniverse unban dev but when i go to open it on pc it comes up in word pad what programme do i use 2 open it

when i open the the prog the pad apears then my comp ask me too authorise this i click yes and it runs

maybe your settings? might be blocking it
