It's not like you can keep the lagswitch on the whole game. You have to periodically turn it on and off (like once every 20 seconds).

As for the second part, I'd say yeah. I don't think you'd get host too often with your connection.

Well seeing as though your connection already isn't that stable you probably will lag.

I never lag Online though..
