Recently I've been seeing a great deal of threads regarding boosting by spawn trapping in demolition.
In a number of these threads I have seen people asking for instruction on how to do this, and although it is fairly simple, doing it correctly can dramatically affect points gained and so I thought I would share this guide.
Resets/Bans ARE Possible From This!
I will start off with Havana as it is the most popular map for doing this, but if anyone is interested in a guide for a different map feel free to post below or PM me and I will edit one in. That should not be too difficult as it is simply a matter of different spawn points, beyond that tactics are the same.
1. Methods & Requirements/Suggestions
Methods
There are two different ways to utilize this tactic for boosting:
Method 1: Using separate accounts ( "diers" ) as the enemy team so that they can be killed.
Method 2: Having a very skilled team, and doing this legitimately against an enemy team of actual players.
^- This is difficult!
Both of these tactics are done with the same tactics and spawn points, however the latter takes a great deal more focus to ensure the enemies don't escape their spawn and to keep the spawn trap going.
Requirements/Suggestions
Method 1: For this method you should have tactical insertions on
ALL players, not just those spawn trapping. It is also highly beneficial for all players involved to have a microphone to make preparation and communication much easier. My final suggestion is that players with 2 controllers utilize them, as it allows you to use split screen and fill the lobby by finding a lower number of separate players.
Method 2: For this method the requirements and suggestions are very similar to those of the first method, the only suggestion I have that is different is to make sure you go over your plan beforehand, and ensure that all players on your team are skilled and well informed. Also be prepared to run out of enemy players if you are successful, many people get very upset when trapped badly, others find it amusing to attempt to ruin the trap. Either way, when successful you will anger many people, and plenty will quit.
2. The Spawn Trap & Locations
Attacking:
You must login or register to view this content.
This map shows the tactic to use for players on the side attacking. The shaded red area is the approximate area you will spawn in when on the attacking side. From the red area, rush up through the route shown by the red line, plant tactical insertions within the green shaded area (does not NEED to be there but this is where I find to be best) and proceed to the enemy's spawns and start killing. Make sure not to allow any enemies to get out of their spawn area. When time is running low (around 1 minute or slightly less) one person on your team should go plant the bomb and allow it to detonate. Thus extending the game time, and the spawn trap time.
Note: When using diers, leave them stationary after the game begins. The attacking team will rush in and kill them, and the spawn trap will begin. If you are against a team of actual players, they too will rush forward and your team must pick them off and send them back to their spawns for the trap to begin and be successful.
Defending:
You must login or register to view this content.
This map shows the tactic to use for players on the side defending. The shaded red area is the approximate area you will spawn in when on the defending side. From this red area, rush forward via the route shown by the red line, and plant tactical insertions within the green shaded area (once again it does not NEED to be here, this is where I like to plant them due to preference). Then proceed to the enemy's spawn and start the massacre.
Note: When time is running short, one person from the enemy team should plant the bomb and your team should let it detonate. When using diers this is easy, as you communicate beforehand and with your team, and allow one to escape and plant the bomb. When against a real team this can be tricky attempting to allow one to escape and plant it, and does not always work. This is why diers can be quite beneficial.
3. Classes
When it comes to classes, you can for the most part choose whatever you wish to use, the following classes are merely my suggestions and you may use whichever guns you please. I do however strongly suggest using these perks, even if you use different guns. The equipment is a necessity, not optional.
Class 1:
Primary Weapon: PM63
Secondary Weapon: Ballistic Knife
Perk 1: Scavenger Pro
Perk 2: Sleight of Hand Pro
Perk 3: Marathon Pro
Lethal: Semtex
Tactical: Concussion
Equipment: Tactical Insertion
Class 2:
Primary Weapon: M60
Secondary Weapon: Ballistic Knife
Perk 1: Scavenger Pro
Perk 2: Sleight of Hand Pro
Perk 3: Marathon Pro
Lethal: Semtex
Tactical: Concussion
Equipment: Tactical Insertion
4. Killstreak Setup
You may use whatever killstreak setup you like when doing this, but the following 3 are my favourites.
Setup 1:
Sentry Gun - 5 Kills
Chopper Gunner - 9 Kills
Gunship - 11 Kills
Setup 2:
Mortar Strike - 6 Kills
Rolling Thunder - 8 Kills
Gunship - 11 Kills
Setup 3:
Rolling Thunder - 8 Kills
Chopper Gunner - 9 Kills
Attack Dogs - 11 Kills
I hope this guide was helpful for you, and enjoy those insane scores!
If you do this successfully you can have games like this:

This is not my video, all credit goes to the uploader and the folks who played the game. Part two is in the link in the description.
P.S. To those of you who feel this was excessive for something so simple, I would be greatly appreciative if you could keep that to yourself as there is no downside to this, it simply gives people who wanted one a detailed explanation of how to do this.
P.P.S. Please do not request that I, or anyone else, does this with you within this thread, there are plenty of threads regarding doing games like these already. Check some of them or make one of your own.
