Get an adjustment to 7 sensitivity or higher this will help from combat so you can turn around and drop shot your enemy. Change button layout to tactical this just helps drop shot but if you feel the need to keep it the way you usually do thats alright. Try to have a Claymore as your equipment and have a Decoy as your tactical but for your Primary grenade make it a semtex or frag. Claymore strategy this isn't used for camping but it is used for getting kills. Put down a Claymore in the doorway and throw some decoys in the enclosed room. This will help get some kills now time for the rushing part. First you kind of want to lay off but you don't want to hold back go at a steady pace. The whole point of rushing is to get to the enemy spawn. Basically, just slowly move up but stay safe every kill you get try to drop shot this will help your health. If you need to practice this use combat training. I recommend having Scavenger as a perk but what ever you feel suits you is fine to.

Move the stick forward whilst keeping the pressure on the stick.

ive been looking for a method ill try this one

my setup for rushing that i find good is mp5 rapid fire(not rlly good long range)marathon, sleight of hand and lightweight with concussions and handgun backup. Grenades aswell

I understand you use flak jacket and hacker because of claymores and such, but it isn't difficult to avoid claymores. Just be cautious round corners.
