I'll post some pictures of me doing it but basically you go to the lander near the PHD Flopper perk and do the glitch but you quickly jump off it onto the computer thing. The zombies won't get you if you stand forward enough.

so how do you jump onto this? i know the lander glitch but the place i run back to is on the opposite side of this

when you stand on the edge of the lander stand so ur parallel to the wall next to u. This means u only need to jump forward to get on the computer

Can you get power ups aswell?
