I attempted this glitch last night 27/03/2011 and it worked so can confirm it is not patched yet.
Everybody is saying its easier with monkeys/crossbow but actually it is much easier with the WINTERS HOWL! I did it with this first time, but you need to wait till your on higher rounds so the howl doesnt kill the zombies in the first hit. I just bunched them all up, shot them to slow them/slightly freeze and Walaah!

The crossbow/monkeys can be tricky if not used right as they dont always bunch up in a specific spot, they cluster all around the weapon. The GERSCH might help on Ascension, when you first throw it theres a slight pull on the zombies, if your quick you could jump on them then.
Does anybody know off any spots on Kino or Ascension, I thought maybe in the starting room on Ascension,jump from the balcony to zombies down below and maybe get somewhere, or the stairs near the pack a punch onto the object just to the left as yu look down the stairs, or by jumping of the many ledges? Kino, maybe on the double tap, or jump from the stage to zombies down below and onto the seats, or using the stairs near speed reload and where you start?? To find low spots on Ascension where we could jump of the zombies head to, delete your game data and then play solo on Ascension, perform the lander glitch and use it to look for low spots (dont install the update again until your finished).
I will try these myself when i get chance but it is time consuming so i thought maybe we could help eachother out.
Im tired after writing all that, I deserve the day off. Let me know how you get on.
