The crossbow/monkeys can be tricky if not used right as they dont always bunch up in a specific spot, they cluster all around the weapon. The GERSCH might help on Ascension, when you first throw it theres a slight pull on the zombies, if your quick you could jump on them then.
Does anybody know off any spots on Kino or Ascension, I thought maybe in the starting room on Ascension,jump from the balcony to zombies down below and maybe get somewhere, or the stairs near the pack a punch onto the object just to the left as yu look down the stairs, or by jumping of the many ledges? Kino, maybe on the double tap, or jump from the stage to zombies down below and onto the seats, or using the stairs near speed reload and where you start?? To find low spots on Ascension where we could jump of the zombies head to, delete your game data and then play solo on Ascension, perform the lander glitch and use it to look for low spots (dont install the update again until your finished).
I will try these myself when i get chance but it is time consuming so i thought maybe we could help eachother out.

I would say the wall by double tap would be the best bet on kino for this.I will try when i get the chance..I tried to get on container in front of turret by the pap on ascension..Its too high ..Got to keep trying other spots ..I will keep you all updated if i succeed on anything ...
