1. OK, when you get to the XMB (PS3) or whatever you have for XBOX don't sign in, if you sign in, sign out.
2. Start the game up.
3. Go on zombies, solo or splitscreen.
4. Try any glitch and it should work (if its been patched, if its not been patched you can do it anyway). Your score will not show up on leader boards because your offline, and it doesn't for solo or splitscreen anyway.
This worked for me. Don't -Rep just because its like 5 months old, I was just re-posting for those who missed it...

How do you do it for online . Like for ps3 ... with the patch blocker. How do you delete the patch without deleting map packs?

You cant. Use the method for your Patch Blocker. Then, download the map packs you have, then play. I don't know if that will work 100% though. Let me know when you try it out.
