I call it floating because there really is nothing supporting you under where sometimes there's a super tiny ledge. But anyways just a little camping glitch for S& or One in the Chamber etc.

Written Tut -

1. Go to the building next to D5 on the map
2. Simply climb the stairs and walk off onto the wall when your on the 2nd to last stair
