Generally, I play domination, and recently I've started to use the aforementioned killstreak reward. I seem to get no more than one kill out of it (two if I'm lucky). Most effective is to use it in a game of demolition while spawntrapping. If not playing demolition I wouldnt recommend it.

It is a shitty killstreak honestly. It CAN be used in Dom. Just put all 4 strikes in same spot near flags

use with napalm and uav, also you can use hardline to make it work even better for you...

no one is safe any where on the map with those 3 killstreaks

It's all about timing with mortar team, you generally want to use it with spy plane or blackbird so at least you can have a bit more accuracy. The same goes for napalm, if you can see your enemy on your mini-map it's a lot more effective. You can turn 1 -2 kills into 3-6 kills easily.

Chuck them on the enemys home flag (the one they are holding) works a treat for me.

I would put it all around there spawn area.

know the spawn points, look at what flag the other team has and set it to strike over their spawn?

It pretty good for blocking a area or defending flags
Best way is to wait till you know where people are. If you have a UAV up or blackbird. Learn the choke points and drop it down.
