As long as it was fixed by a hot fix, just plug off the internet from the PS3 and start BO. I did this last Sunday and got to round 41 with the glitch...trust me, not playing any more zombies for some time.
If you start BO , THEN remove the internet, the hot fix will be applied. Or at least, that is what happened to me. You have to remove the internet connection before launching the game.
If you want to be 100% the hotfix was not applied, when you start the zombie match, press select. If your name is your PSN name, it has been applied. If it's your account name (your PS3 account), then it hasn't.
Ie: My PSN is: MacheteroPR_TSEM, and my PS3 account is Gabriel. When I press select on offline zombies solo without the hotfix applied , my name is Gabriel.
PS: If the glitch were to be fixed with a patch, just remove the patch and it should work.

so your saying this works multiplayer...can you explain alittle better
Just Sign out from PSN and it will work. Now... deleting the patch would make Ascension UNPLAYABLE as it would removed the map pack and the map pack only works on updated patches.
