I had a problem yesterday evening....I went to multiplayer and it couldn't log in. I tried like 3-4 times and said I wasn't connected so I quit the game and went to log in to PSN and they had me read an agreement. So no download just read and accept. I thought this was kind of interesting because I never seen this before and I didn't read about this anywhere....So once I accepted and agreed I went on to BO and multiplayer and load up just fine.
I think they are going to start doing sweeps on our consoles...This was a PSN issue not a BO issue...The crack down is starting to get tighter.
