I'm starting up a new clan called SKN* (skillfully killing noobs) as a way for people to team up with others around the same skill level. It works out much better than playing by yourself and getting paired with random people that are terrible.
What we do
We play about any mode as a party, it normally builds up a pretty good sized win streak and big kill games. You don't need to be on 24/7, but you should be on at least a couple times a week. GB matches can also be an option if you would like to take part.
Requirements
You don't need a mic, but it would be great if you do. I'm setting the minimum for a k/d at 1.4, if you have a k/d that is lower you will need to try out. The try out will just be you playing a couple matches online with some clan members to see if you are good enough.
GameBattles
If you WOULD like to play in gamebattles, you will need to make sure that you have made an account on their website, and you have to give me your username. That way I can add you to the roster so you're eligible for upcoming matches.

EDIT: Play-style: Passive, and smart. I usually use an assault rifle, and pick people off, and switch positions. I am NOT a camper, although many people will probably call me that since they rage. But in search, it's a different story, I play aggressively and usually manage to pick up at least 6 good kills in a game. I also do play aggressively in domination, but usually at the start of the game, until the score has settled in a little.

I added time zone as an option, and anyone that has a k/d below 1.4 can only join if they pass a tryout.
